Sweaters, Grass, and other things from this morning

Please tell me, is there anything cuter than a little baby sweater? I just finished one of these, and I think it just might be my new favorite pattern.

How is it that Hugo gets from this,

to this?

We're growing Easter grass, as in years past. Every good deed, new grass seed is planted. Then, over the coming weeks of lent, we water and nurture the seeds until we have a container full of grass.

Checking on the progress of the grass is quite the fun morning activity!

A blurry shot, courtesy of Zosia, our resident photographer,

and snacking on cheerios while watching the buses go by. Don't these two look like sweet little old ladies rocking away? Perhaps a window into the distant future.

No, I don't think there IS anything cuter than that little sweater, oh my! It's really making me wish I knew how to crochet or knit - especially with baby #4 due in June!

Oh, how exciting! I think that baby items are some of the easiest to "learn" with because they're small enough that progress is quick. But then again, with three older kids, I'm sure you keep your hands busy lots of other ways, too. :-)

Ha! Yes, I'm usually kept pretty busy by the toddler trio:) Your website for natural childbirth preparation / hypnobirthing is wonderful! I wish we lived closer so I could take your class! I had to have a C-section with the triplets (born at 27 weeks), but this go-round I'm planning on a vbac and as natural a birth as possible! We're interviewing doulas this weekend...eek!

Oh, that's exciting! Feel free to shoot any questions over here: I am always happy to talk about hypnobirthing and natural childbirth, and am also a huge fan of doulas (we've had one at each of our births).

You have a very loving/homey feel to your blog. Reminds me of my three, when they were much smaller. :)
