I gave him his first haircut this weekend, this little three and a half month baby. I think he's quite pleased with the whole state of affairs. Life is pretty good for Hugo.

I just *love* the name Hugo. I once suggested it to my husband during one of those early relationship conversations on "if we ever had kids what would we name them?" Sadly, it was vetoed right away. But I'm glad there's a Hugo out there somewhere! And with such a darling smile :)
I love that he has enough hair for a haircut already! My kiddos were bald forever! Plus, way to go Hugo on the head control! I love that you are strong enough to hold your head up and smile for your Mama's pictures!

Kerry, I know! He is our first really hairy kid, and it's so funny. He has just started lifting his head up these past few days, and I'm wondering what's next.
