30 Weeks!
Just a few weeks ago I remember someone asking if I felt like this baby was coming soon, and I said, "Not yet, but once I get to 30 weeks it starts to feel right around the corner." Well, 30 weeks, here we are!
This little baby loves kicking at our little belly pokes (or kisses, or licks, as the girls have taken to doing). He loves music (especially a little marimba the girls shake close to my belly). And my oh my, is he beloved by this family. I think Zosia is partially convinced she is actually the mother, and Lily has named every toy and inanimate object in the house "brother."
His room is painted but not quite ready, his name is being discussed but not yet chosen (Lily votes for naming him "boy," while Zosia has decided we should obviously name him Ravert because, as she puts it, "I don't know anyone named Ravert." And Ben and I seem to have a new favorite each and every night!). Our hearts are so very ready for him to join us here on the outside because he is so much a part of our family already.

Unrelated to your lovely post but....Sean has a big conference in DC next February...perhaps I'll bring J and we can see you guys!!!
In defense of Lily, if Guy is a name, then why can't Boy be a name? But Zosia also makes an excellent point; I, too, have never met anyone named Ravert. I hope your newest little one brings you as much joy as the first two. They certainly bring a smile to my face.
Rachel, woo hoo! We would be absolutely thrilled to see you all, and we would love to have you stay with us. Meghan, you're right! We actually do add the girls' suggestions to our official "list," because innovation comes from all sorts of sources. Maybe this one will have to be Boy Ravert afterall. ;-)
