is coming! I'm quite excited, having been out of the home-grown-tomato circuit for a couple of years now. With tomatoes growing, it must truly be summer (this 95 degree heat certainly has me thinking so, too).
those plants look amazing! I wish I had been able to plant a garden, but alas we are moving and I just couldn't juggle that. You'll have to enjoy a sun warmed juicy tomato sprinkled with salt for me.
Johanna, I will! Yes, between a move to a new city, a move to a new house, and then a million fixer-upper projects, a garden has been on the backburner for three (!) summers now. I'm sure you'll have a wonderful garden in that beautiful new city of yours!
Well, my garden adventures, although now living in a house with a yard, are still limited to going to the farmer's market. BUT, I did score some great golden cherry tomatoes this week- the ones I always say taste as sweet as candy! Yay for tomato season (it's already here in Texas)! Tomorrow I'm dragging my Mom to the market and we're going to buy things to can, including tomatoes! Next summer I vow to have some veggie plants of my own, if only in POTS on my porch! THanks for all the inspiration!
